We had some AWESOME recipes come in on the Morning Show so we figured we’d share the wealth!
“Oysters on the grill until they pop open, then shuck them in half and add hot sauce, BBQ Sauce, mix them up and then sit and enjoy a beer while you slurp them up.”
Place cubed helmets fine farmers sausage, chirizo sausage, garlic sausage & chicken in a deep foil dish. Add cut up carrots, potatoes and onion. Mix all the ingredients, even raw, really well and season with Salt and Pepper to taste! Add water until you can see it above the Medley. Cover and cook on the BBQ for a few hours on medium.
Chicken thighs… Brown sugar, soya, garlic, balsamic vinegar, he onion, parsley, cilantro … Marinate for 24h… Sear on the grill then indiect heat for 25 minutes, rest drink a beer and serve
Maple Whiskey Smoked Ribs — 8 hour smoke, glaze every 20 minutes with maple “sizzurp” and bourbon. Let them sit in their juices for 2 hours and slap those “bad boys” on the grill to crisp up!
