Lady Gaga is set to perform the famous half-time show, and everything Lady Gaga does is crazy and different. However, her latest album Joanne shows off a much more toned-down era for Gaga. What does she have in store?
“The thing is, is it’s such a big world stage in terms of how many people see it and it’s been done so many times,” Gaga said. “I think the challenge is to look at it and say, ‘What can I do differently, how can I elevate certain little things here and there and also make it about the music?'”
Last year she sang the anthem, which is now an honor going to country singer Luke Bryan! The latest rumor is for Gaga’s half time performance, she’ll be doing it solo – not welcomed by other A-listers. Last year saw Coldplay greeted by Beyonce and Bruno Mars. But it sounds like she will only have her vocals to rely on, and backup dancers of course!
“I’ve been planning this since I was 4, so I know exactly what I’m going to do. For me, it’s all about giving to the fans and bringing people together that wouldn’t normally come together.”
